The FrymaKoruma Frytherm is a scraped surface heat exchanger suitable for products across the viscosity range and those incorporating particulates. It can also be used for controlled heat exchange in products which require a specific temperature cycle during processing. This is particularly important for products which can chane viscosity or crystallize during processing and for those which form crusts or ignite easily.
