Flexicon A/S was founded in 1986 and has ever since its foundation been specializing in peristaltic filling systems primarily for the pharmaceutical, bio-tech and diagnostic industry. Flexicon manufactures and supplies sterile liquid filling and capping equipment for these industries and the urge for development and constant product improvement has provided Flexicon with a unique high quality product range and an absolute top position on the world market.

The target market is small to medium sized batch productions that require flexibility, high precision and efficiency. Flexicon A/S offers a range of products from stand-alone units for hand filling, through semi-automatic systems to fully automatic filling, stoppering and capping machines. The fully automatic systems are customized to fit any container whether it is a glass vial, plastic bottle, test tube, eye-drops or non-self standing micro tubes.

All machines are produced for use in sterile environments and meets the latest GMP standards.

For more than 35 years CMP has been realizing inspection machines for the Pharmaceutical and Veterinarian Industry and way back in 1982 introduced the first completely automatic laser ray phial inspecting machine ( EEC patent no. 84.200090.3) .
During the last years, thanks to its continuous evolution, it has introduced new high power LED lighting systems and digital telecamera vision systems. Our machines have been designed to be reliable, sturdy and easy to use. The management software (in the Windows environment) complies with the CFR21 part.11 regulation.

All machines are directly installed by CMP technicians having an IQ-OQ-PQ certification. Our range includes machinery for phial, small bottle, bottle, carpule, syringe inspecting and, besides allowing normal particle and level checks, it also allows carrying out of cosmetic, threaded locking rings, container defects, shape, colour checks and the carrying out of special checks according to the customer’s needs. A continuously expanding agent network gives CMP the possibility to be present on all markets and to always guarantee efficient Customer care assistance.
