ASEPCO is an industry award winning manufacturer of high purity valves and

ASEPCO’s Radial-Diaphragm™ Valves provide added security in all high-purity processes. All valves are machined in the U.S.A. from 316L SS bar stock (unless other material is requested). They assemble with a mere sanitary clamp, forming a seal that is the envy of weir-style valves, for it requires no tools, never leaks, and reduces maintenance costs by 85%. ASEPCO machines each valve from bar stock, so we have the flexibility to customize our valves to customer specifications.

ASEPCO's ASEPCONNECT™ and QUICKONNECT™ close connects are alternatives to hygienic clamps and Ingold ports for connecting flush-mounted probes, instruments, and valves to tanks. The ASEPCO close connects are also easier to install and to clean than the alternatives. All of these close connects have ASEPCO's patented aseptic seal, which is based on the same reliable seal that you find in our valves.

ASEPCO's PolyMixer™ combines proven top-mount mixing power, with the cleaning performance of a bottom-mount installation. By moving the impeller blades off the bottom of the vessel, ASEPCO has improved pumping characteristics and allowed for an infinite number of blade designs to best meet the demands of the customer.  ASEPCO produces a large array of impeller designs that allow for flexibility of design, giving the best mixing solution for the application. Standard options include: foil, rushton, marine, and axial. And, ASEPCO also designs custom impeller solutions.
